Once there was raining in Ahmedabad. It rained after a long time. So I decided to enjoy the rain and I drew this in front of our auditorium.

After a long time I thought to put something on my blog and these days God shiva is all around me. I mean I am reading about him my project is also about him so here one of my favorite Gods 

The story start as usual, once upon a time, there was a  tomboy.

She wanted to join Air Force.  Her goal in life was to become a fighter pilot, till she figured out a weird problem in herself.

Her bones were so week that they would crack and turn into powder if any kind of odd circumstances occurs. When she came across this reality she actually cracked into pieces.

Time passed and she had to leave her dream of becoming a pilot she became a poetess instead and started writing nice stories and poems about her passion and a lot more things, she wanted to do.

 One day she was going to finish some work in the other city and she was on a train. There was a guy in the same compartment who was acting really weird, as if first time, he is boarding to a train. He was curiously looking at everything inside the compartment. Sometime he would climb to the upper berth and sometime to the side one,  he was taking advantage of roaming to all the berths, as there was no one except him and the girl.

Suddenly he asked her, “You always travel by train?”

What kind of question is that, she thought.

“No, not always, I travel by Bus, Plane and even Walk, if required”, she said in an annoying voice.

“Wow !! that sound interesting” the boy said.

“Why u don’t travel by train? “she said.

“Actually I use to do but not now.” boy replied.

“OK….. so now you do not travel by trains.” She said and turned towards the window. Train started moving and slowly everything started turning into a blurry patch of pestle colors. Only things which were far off could make a recognizable view. She kept staring outside till her eyelids became heavy. As she closed her eyes she felt a warm pain which was giving an out worldly experience.

After a few seconds she opened her eyes, which was numb with salty water. She looked at the boy, who was still staring outside from the window without even blinking his eyes. After a few minutes the boy looked at her and ask,’ Is,nt it amazing everything is running with you as fast as possible,’ “hmm……” She was busy folding her bed sheet.

“Where are you going?” she asked

“Pesaor and you ?” he said

“Inaad, it’s next stop after yours,” she replied

“oh.. that’s cool…so you must be knowing the places in between…” he was curious.

“no I don’t, I am going first time to that direction,” she said.

“Oh… what do you do?” his voice was still curious.

” I am a writer by profession” she replied and tried to finish the talk.

After ten seconds she asked, ” What do you do, study?” as he was looking like a new collage student.

” No, I fly… I am a pilot.” he said in a very polite manner. ……..

Thadaakkkk………….. this was sound which she could hear from somewhere inside her. “ah….ok..” she stammered.

And then she became silent for a long time, she could not think anything. Suddenly she could she things swinging in front of her eyes. When she woke up, it was already night. She sat on her berth and trying focusing on her own-self. The boy was reading some book and did not notice her. She went to wash basin and washed her face once…twice…thrice..

She came back and sat on her berth with folding legs. She looked at the boy and the only thing she could see was plane and more planes. Suddenly the oy asked her,” hey…do you want to order something for dinner?”  ….ahh…hmm..ya..sure..

“ok…so the caterer will come for his second trip and you can order,” he said, “there is veg and non-veg food”, “what do you prefer?” ahm… I eat veg, she was still somewhere else.

While talking to Aparajita, I came across this interesting story about procrastination.

Once upon a time there were 3 fools, they were bugging public so people ordered them to dig a pit and the mud which will come out, should not be on the ground.

So the three fools started to dig the pit. But oh !!!  my God what to do with the mud. They thought and thought and came to the conclusion that lets dig another pit to put this mud. They dug another pit and put the mud in side it but now what to do with the mud from second pit so they dug another one and kept digging.

I think once you start postponing one thing its mud will remain for other work.

This is one incident I can not forget.  I wanted to go home and as usual NO tickets were available.  But I was very keen to meet my family and did not wanted to waste- time in Ahmedabad.  So me and Shailu Bhaiya decided to go by bus. Great decision !!!!

On my way to Jaipur, I really liked the street graphic on the  Ahmedabadi Dhabas. The ride from Ahmedabad to Jaipur was not that bad, but I must say Jaipur is expensive and autowala we took was really bad in terms of manners. The next stop was Delhi and then another bus for Dehradun. huh !!!!!!!!!!!!

Journey was not this fast but I just want to think of that experience and not the actual situation.

One day I felt to go for the Heritage walk and ya… the Night Heritage Walk. I did not find anything very interesting except the last phase. We went to a Mosque and there I took this picture. It says everything about Ahmedabad as a place, it’s culture  its Art and Architecture and on top of that the feeling behind everything.

I attended one of  Shiamak Dance classes. There I learnt one of the most important lesson of my life.

I went to the class to see that if I can dance well.

There are always better people, …what the hell.

Every one in the class wanted to perform the best

Trust me …. all are effort went into the waste.

Then our Instructor said, do not try to prove,

“What we want is to improve”

Oh.. my God he has actually given the ‘golden rule’

Trying to prove is not a big thing  but…

Improving oneself is bloody cool !!!

Look at this, Improve = I + M + Prove..

It says it self that you are proved.

Not only for dance, it’s true for life

Just to rhyme the poem I am adding wife.

                                 apni ho ya ki ho PARAYI baat,

                                 nahi rakhate jo muh PAR AAYI baat

This was my favourite Sher of today’s play.

Today I witnessed a wonderful performance by Tom Alter. The play was called Maulana. It was about Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, the worrior of freedom fight. It was a one actor play which lasted long for two and half hours.

This play not only showcased the acting talent of Tom but also revealed the history. It was a very different point of veiw. Todays performance raised a question in my mind that what we believe can be false. Play talked about Gandhi, Nehru, Jinna, Patel and some other people of that era.

Now I think I should read history again from a different point of view.
